Your satisfaction is our top priority and we will do what we can to ensure your happiness with every purchase. To return or exchange an item, please complete our Return & Exchange Form. The order number can be found in your initial email receipt. To be eligible for a return, the item(s) must be received by us within fifteen (15) days of the delivery date. The item must be in new, original condition with all packaging intact. The original shipping cost nor the return shipping cost will be reimbursed. All returns will be charged a 10% restocking fee. In the event of an exchange, your original purchase will be reimbursed and a new purchase made. Refund will be given once the item is received by MEI-CHA. MEI-CHA is not responsible for lost packages or misdirected packages. 

To return, please pack your items securely with the copy of your invoice and indicate the reason of return. Using your preferred mail carrier, pay for and create a shipping label. Attach shipping label and mail to: MEI-CHA Global c/o Return // 26429 Rancho Parkway South Suite 150, Lake Forest, CA 92630. All returns will be sent to our distribution center and be processed within 7 business days. We'll notify you once your items have been received and your refund has been processed.
